•Do you Provide A Written Agreement?
Yes!
It's Your Entertainment provides a written Agreement, which we both
sign and agree to. All of the details and options will be clearly
defined in that contract.
•Are You Insured?
Yes! It's Your Entertainment has Public Liability Insurance.
•Do You Have Backup Equipment?
Yes! It's Your Entertainment carries backup equipment to all “once in a lifetime” events.
•Is Your Equipment of Professional Quality?
Yes!
It's Your Entertainment only uses Industry Standard equipment housed
professionally in racks and completely covered so that you and your
guests do not see all of the wires.
•Will You Listen To My Music Suggestions?
Yes!
It's Your Entertainment works with you in obtaining any special
requests you may have. You may even want to request certain songs NOT
to be played. We will make suggestions and read the crowd in order to
know what is working, but in the end, It's Your Entertainment, so it is
your choice!
•Will You Dress Appropriately at My Event?
Yes!
It's Your Entertainment will dress according to the event. For weddings
we wear dress slacks, dress shirt, vest and a tie for the head DJ.
•Will You Play The Music At An Appropriate Level?
Yes!
It's Your Entertainment will play the music at whatever level you'd
like. We usually play cocktail and dinner music at a much lower level
so that people can talk and hear each other without having to be too
close.
•Will You Listen to My Concerns and Input?
Yes!
It's Your Entertainment always listens to you and will give guidance
and recommendations to help you plan a successful event.
•Will You Be The DJ at My Event?
Yes! You’ll do all of your planning and meet with me (the owner) personally, and I will be at your wedding.
•Do you have microphones available for speeches?
Yes! We have wireless microphones and also carry a corded microphone as back-up.
•How much of a deposit do you require?
Actually,
we split the total into three equal payments. The first payment is
required at the signing on the contract. The second payment is due at
the planning interview which will take place 30 to 60 days before your
event. The final payment is due 1 month before your event date.
•Do you hang any banners or other advertisements?
We do not put up any signs whatsoever at weddings. If someone likes us, they will usually come and ask for a business card.
•What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, USPS money orders, PayPal and most major credit cards.
